People aged 70 or older are now eligible for vaccination

Residents of the Faroe Islands who are aged 70 or older can now make an appointment for vaccination.

Last week 4.000 rations arrived from Pfizer/BioNTech. Vaccination is going well, and the booking website has received many visits during the last few weeks.

The system is now open to everyone aged 70 or older. Vaccinations will continue for as long as there are available rations in the country.
